What can I expect to receive in my Mystery Box?

While the colors, brands, and styles included in each box will vary, all boxes will feature a surprise selection of 4 pieces of jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or rings in sterling silver, vermeil, or high quality plated silver and gold.

Can I return or exchange the items in my Mystery Box?

Because the contents of each box are meant to be a special surprise, and all the proceeds go to charity, we prefer that you do not return the mystery box. Our team curates each box with love and we want all of our customers to be thrilled when they open their box!

If you are not completely satisfied, contact admin@giftingbrands.com and we will make it right.

Will I receive duplicate items in my Mystery Box?

You will not receive duplicate items within the same box. If you order more than one box we will not duplicate the boxes or items.

Because our team assembles each box by hand, please allow up to 3 business days to process the order.
