Return Policy

At Gifting Brands we appreciate you and we want to you to be happy with your purchases.

We offer two refund options:

1. 90 days for store credit

  • This option allows the nonprofit to keep the donation from your original purchase which supports women, children, and families.
  • Free Returns

2. 30 days for a full refund

  • No Risk! Free Returns!
  • Refund to the original form of payment 

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return to be processed.  Shipping and handling paid on your original order are not refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service via email at admin@giftingbrands.com 

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Return items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, or dust bags.
  • Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will do our best to ship within 24 hours of your order during normal business days. If your order is placed on weekends and holidays, they will be shipped on the next business day. 

Please allow two to seven business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive (unless otherwise noted).
